Man of Steele Sports specializes in working with athletes in a one on one environment, either in a virtual coaching capacity or in person. Our combination of physiological and psychological assessments will give you a whole new perspective on your athletic performance and how to enhance it. Cost: $150
All individual consultations include the following:
- Psychological assessment of the individual, focusing on peak performance skills that include a: Mental toughness index, Brain type assessment and Learning style inventory.
- Physiological assessment (where applicable) that will include: testing for aerobic and anaerobic fitness, muscular strength, endurance and flexibility.
- Goal setting session in which a player participates in creating and committing to individual goals.
- Progressive relaxation and visualization training session.
- Personalized athlete's evaluation report with a specific psychological and physical training program.
- Follow-up via e-mail to evaluate progress, consult on problem areas and celebrate success.
Team Assessment and Evaluation
Man of Steele Sports provides teams with the same individual assessment and evaluation features as we do when we work with athletes in a one on one setting. If your team is in the Southern California area or your team is on a road trip traveling through, contact us and set up an appointment so we can take your team to the next level!
Cost: $500
Each team consultation receives a:
- Consultation with the coach prior to assessments to discuss needs of the team and set goals for the presentation.
- Psychological assessment of the individuals on the team focusing on peak performance skills that include a: Mental toughness index, Brain type assessment and Learning style inventory.
- Physiological assessment (where applicable) that will include: testing for aerobic and anaerobic fitness, muscular strength, endurance and flexibility.
- Goal setting session in which players participate in creating and committing to team and individual goals.

- Personalized athlete's evaluation report with specific psychological and physical training programs for each team member.
